These Terms & Conditions apply to all programmes, tuition, workshops, and educational services provided by Art School Unlimited.

By booking, applying for, or attending a programme or tuition session, students and parents/guardians agree to the following terms.
 

Bookings & Payment
 

Places on programmes and tuition sessions are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

A deposit may be required to secure a place.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to the start of the programme or agreed tuition period.

Art School Unlimited reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been completed.
 

Cancellations & Refunds
 

Deposits are non-refundable except in the event that Art School Unlimited cancels a programme or session.

Where a cancellation is made by a student or parent/guardian, refunds may be offered at the discretion of Art School Unlimited depending on notice provided and whether the place can be filled.

Art School Unlimited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes, tuition sessions, visits, or activities where necessary

In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where appropriate.
 

Programme Changes
 

Programmes, schedules, tutors, venues, gallery visits, and activities may occasionally change due to availability or circumstances outside of our control.

Art School Unlimited will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where changes are necessary.
 

Student Conduct
 

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors, visiting artists, gallery staff, other students, and members of the public throughout all sessions and visits.
Art School Unlimited reserves the right to remove a student from a programme or session where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
 

Safeguarding & Responsibility
 

Art School Unlimited is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

All tutors hold enhanced DBS certification and recognised teaching qualifications.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for students outside programme hours, including travel to and from venues unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Emergency contact details and relevant medical or access information must be provided prior to attendance.
 

Photography & Documentation
 

Art School Unlimited may document programmes, exhibitions, presentations, critiques, and student work for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.

Where images clearly identify students under 18, permission will be requested from a parent or guardian before public use.

Students retain ownership of their own artwork and intellectual property.
 

Liability
 

While reasonable care is taken at all times, Art School Unlimited accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, materials, or equipment brought to sessions or programme activities.

Participation in practical activities, gallery visits, and site-based learning is undertaken at the student’s own risk.
 

Privacy & Data Protection
 

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Art School Unlimited Privacy Policy and current UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR.
